Coaching And Mentoring Program
Aiming to create sustainable leadership and learning, Leadership Niagara has designed a world-class coaching and mentoring program to benefit current class members.
This bold new initiative will provide leadership development, as well as personal and professional coaching and mentoring competencies to Leadership Niagara members who wish to take part. Each class member will be uniquely matched with a team of mentors for an entire year. Mentors represent Leadership Niagara alumni as well as past/present board members. Additionally, mentors have been interviewed and carefully selected to represent diverse career backgrounds, while demonstrating valuable skills to assist class members. Participation is voluntary, and begins upon review of your application and personal assessments, leading to a structured matching process with your mentors.
Your relationship with your team of mentors formally concludes upon graduation from Leadership Niagara, yet the objective is for you to continue to seek out mentors in all aspects of your life, and throughout your lifetime.
